How do I deal with post benzo detox anxiety attacks?
Just finished a benzo detox program four days ago. and It is now day 15 with no benzo's in my system and I am having bad anxiety. It got so bad I ended up in the ER yesterday and all they could offer where benzo's. I feel terrible and don't know how to cope with this anxiety.Does anybody know of any fast acting anxiety alternatives?
There are anti-depressants that the GP can provide that feel like benzodiazepines. Trazodone has a similar fast-acting, anti-anxiety and sedative effect but is NOT related to the benzodiazepines. It sounds like you could use an antidepressant at a time like this anyway. It also helps for anxiety. In fact, I take it. It will knock you out with the first dose and then over a period of months reduce in sedation, however you'll always notice you've had your dose. I take mine before bed.
There are also sleeping tablets such as Zopiclone which are considered "non-benzodiazepines" but I wouldn't recommend them because they act on the same receptors as benzodiazepines, just in a different way.

Things-Collections-#3-BottlesAndCans-Overcoming OCD by Kelly
Videoclip#3 - We all have collections, but sometimes collecting can get out of hand and perhaps lead to (or reflect) an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Kelly’s many collections included a collection of over 400 discarded empty bottles and cans and it was becoming a block to personal growth. She gathered the strength needed in September 2007 and these 4 videoclips show various stages of the purge and healing. (1) Videoclip #1 shows Kelly throwing out 300 plus bottles and cans in her apartment on 9/10/07 (2) Videoclip #2 shows Kelly throwing out another 100 bottles and cans on 9/11/07 (3) Videoclip #3 shows Kelly on 9/12/07 applying for a job at Lord & Taylor, taking a trip to Sahaja Yoga meditation in Riverdale (Bronx), NY (Song playing in background is “Love me when I’m gone,” “You got to give me everything,” Mariah Carey “Dream Lover” and (4) Videoclip #4 on 9/15/07 showing more clean-up and organizing stuff in Kelly’s apartment, and showing Kelly’s long maniured French nails (regrown from the very short nails of a couple of months ago), Kelly summarizing at the end, outside her apartment. SIX Natural Cures for Cancer?
There’s a lot of misconception about cancer. We have been told by the so called ‘experts’ who work in accordance with the big pharmaceutical businesses that there is NO known way to cure or even prevent it, and instead they advise us to take their chemo & radio treatments for it which, quite clearly, either cause more damage than there actually is or have no effect on the cancer at all!

But the mainstream media will not promulgate any of this, and the big pharmaceutical companies will not endorse them. Why? Maybe it’s because they’re not as profitable as their own made drugs!
The big pharmaceutical industry invests so much money by manufacturing and selling their medication drugs and by deluding the public into thinking that there is no other alternative medicine. If the people found out about these substances, the whole of this monopoly may well just fall apart.
Also, science has proven time and time again that the cause of cancer is due to under nutrition, especially due to a lack of nutrients like vitamins C & B17, and due to an acidic body. This is because the nutrients & enzymes we consume, from say a diet consisting of raw foods like fruits & vegetables, neutralize unhealthy acidic cells in the body, like cancer cells, and protect the body against the cancer causing agents that we pick up in our everyday lives from cigarette smoke, mobile phones, food & drink additives, and pollution in general. If our bodies became nutrient deficient, these carcinogens will accumulate inside of us, destroy tissues and eventually form cancers. This is why cancer is so common in todays world, as most people’s diets consist of nutrient depleted, processed foods. So the obvious way to prevent or possibly cure cancer is… simply by having a healthy diet! Drink clean water, eat more raw fruits & vegetables that make your body alkaline, unlike meat and dairy that makes it acid and cancerous!
If we all started eating more healthily by growing our own food instead of buying the carcinogen loaded, genetically altered crap from the supermarkets, and used, say stone-fruit seeds, MMS, cannabis & mangosteens as alternative medicines, this planet could almost be disease free. Who needs pharmaceuticals when the solution was already here?

I have an ocd and im 14 its called something like trichitillmaina . i need help?
im 14 and ive had trich for about a year now and some people have no idea hard it is having gf and even friends when i don't have eyebrows or eyelashes. ive had problems for about six months with drugs because of it and now im moving . i need to end this now please help any advice will do . thanx

Yes, that’s right. Just when you thought that Disco Bear couldn’t possibly get any sexier…I went and hooked him up with Ewan McGregor’s vocals. ^_^
Now, I do have to admit that I’m generally not into the shipping of heterosexual couples (because, let’s face it, gay couples are a heck of lot more fun), but I thought that this would be a pretty sweet idea anyway, and if Disco Bear (my favourite HTF character) were to be paired up with any of the HTF females, then I’d want it to be Petunia, for some reason (possibly because, in both cases, I think there are some serious emotional issues afoot). They seemed to be the best possible fit for this video, anyway. I worked my butt off on this thing, so I hope that you’ll enjoy it. Plus, I’ve given Toothy a chance to get all operatic at the end. I figure that’s got to be worth at least something.
Oh yes, and since I’ve touched upon Petunia’s emotional issues, let’s talk just a little bit about OCD, shall we? Why is is that if you have OCD, people always ume that you’re obsessed with cleanliness? Heck, I have OCD and you should see the state of my living conditions, lol. Oh well, Petunia’s still awesome.
