Help with Welbutrin withdrawal (anxiety attacks)?
I forgot to take my last couple doses and I’m on a relatively high dose. I’m starting to feel a lot of anxiety coming on for no reason and I was wondering if there is a quick cure for anxiety attacks. I took a dose when I remembered but they take a while to work, between 1-3 days.
1. Sign up for the free emails on the panicaway website.
2. Go to The Option Institute! Here is a link: http://www.option.org/custom:single,595
If you cannot afford their programs, write to them and they can help you out financially.
3. Try doing Byron Katie’s "The Work" - this is fantastic - I can’t recommend her highly enough - she has a website with free worksheets or look her up on youtube.
Best regards.
There is No Effective Alternative to Anti-depressants for the Treatment of Depression!
Anti-depressants are mostly preferred, sought after and used for depression cure. Anti-depressants are available to treat all stages of depression and are easy to use. Besides depression, they are also very helpful in the treatment of panic and anxiety. Hence, it is natural for them to be hot favorites of both doctors and patients. The anti- depressants are so popular that at times, the doctors are pressurized by patients to prescribe these medicines even though they might not require medicines to treat their disorder. However, for a layman, it is hard to decipher whether a person is passing through a phase of sadness or clinical depression. Many a times, it happens that the patient is not suffering from clinical depression but still he opts for anti-depressants in order to obtain quick relief.
Apart from the patients of depression, there are certain other patients who are highly dependant on drugs. Even on getting a sneeze, these patients run to the nearby chemist. As soon as they fall ill, they can’t think of surviving without a pill at their disposal. These are people who are unreasonably dependant on several medicines, namely, allopathic, homeopathic or ayurvedic drugs. More often, patients who are over dependant on medicines prefer the allopathic medicines to obtain quick relief. However, one should remember that excessive dependence on medicines is not at all conducive to a person’s overall health in the long run.
In contrary to these people who can’t imagine life without medicines, there is another section that attempt to avail of cures for their illnesses without falling back on the medicines. These are the people who try their best to keep away from the medicines and cure their illnesses by opting for natural treatments. These are the people who swear by the natural methods and stay away from the allopathic medicines as far as possible. This is obviously a good habit, but unfortunately it does not prove to be effective all the time. For example, in case of serious illnesses like heart attacks, cancer, renal failures etc, there is no other effective alternative to allopathic cure. In spite of the side-effects that mar the reputation of allopathic medicines, they prove to be the only available mode of treatment for certain diseases and in such a situation, there is no other way but to opt for the medication and treatment recommended by the doctor.
Depression is a specific disease that is best tackled by the antidepressants and there seems to be no other cure as effective as allopathic anti-depressants. The popularity of anti-depressants can be gauged from their large-scale distribution over the internet. Xanax is one such anti-depressant that is adequately available in online pharmacies. From an authentic online pharmacy, can buy xanax on prescription. As soon as one moves ahead to buy xanax online, he can avail of significant details on xanax, namely, xanax precaution, the process of xanax withdrawal etc from the website from where he is considering to buy xanax. Depression and various other mental complexities can be treated in the early stages via meditation, listening to music, indulging in hobbies, exercise etc. However, when the depression in a person reaches the advanced stage, these methods of treating depression prove to be of no use at all. In such a situation, there is no other alternative to the antidepressants.

Is This Caffeine Intoxication?
Okay, so this might sound a bit excessive or something…
But after like, a litre and a half of Coke or something, I start to become extremely irritable(it’s not obvious and I don’t start shouting at people, I just tend to get frustrated with my self and keep going over all the fuck-ups I’ve done at school) and find everything funny.
It’s worse at night, ’cause, well, OBVIOUSLY I have trouble getting to sleep, and I listen to music to get to sleep(I’ve always been a big worrier and never really could get to sleep when I just left my mind to wander, so when I focus on the music I actually get to sleep quicker, than end up hating my self, LOL), I’ll end up miming the lyrics and I’ll be laughing LOADS, for around half an hour to two hours and then I’ll end up hating my self.
TBH, it’s totally worth it, and I don’t want it to end ’cause the highs are totally worth it and it’s not like I can’t go a day without carbonated drinks or anything without getting pissy(I’d just rather not) and I’m totally aware of the risks of getting a pH imbalance and all the crap like osteoporosis and stuff that comes with it, but I decided when I was 12 that I was going to have a good 50 years of life and then when it starts to get shitty or something there’ll probably be some sort of cures available by then, and even if there isn’t, I’d rather have 50 years of life rather than 80 mediocre years.
I’m also wondering if it could be hormones or something. I mean, honestly, IDK if it is or not, or if hormones can be so excessive or something, but I’m 14 years old(and female if for some reason you can’t look at my avatar) and afaik I don’t have a hormone imbalance or anything like that.
I also have Asperger’s Syndrome and I know that laughing to one’s self is common for people with it(and inappropriately, plus excessively) and a lot of the social anxiety that comes with it stems from constantly replaying one’s failures in your mind. SO YEAH.
I don’t really want any advice on getting off on it or any additional risks ’cause caffeine’s overall beneficial as well ’cause when it comes to school and stuff it allows me too keep my schedule and be more productive ’cause I only need 2 hours of sleep, allows me to think EXTREMELY fast, and I also think it allows me to be more social.
But yeah, I just need to know if this is definitely NOT caffeine intoxication.
AFAIK, 1.5 litres of coke is at least 250 mg(level of intoxication for caffeine) of caffeine.
EMZ=]
i weigh 100 pounds and it took me 12 caffiene pills wich is like 2400mg of caffeine to feal a little bit of the effects and i can feal the effects off a tiny bump of cocaine and i never drink caffeine so im a light weight with it so i doubt you were actualy intoxicated enough to feal anything its probably a placebo effect where you take it and you think your fealing it becuase thats what you "know" in your brain is happening, but really its just your imagination, or you just somehow felt the caffeine of 250 mg lol

The Suicide Machines - High Anxiety
The Suicide Machines - High Anxiety
Lyrics
Thx for ur ratings and comments
[Chorus:]
Well it’s the high anxiety
I’m a victim of society
high anxiety
I’m a victim of society
high anxiety
it’s my high anxiety getting to the best of me
Sometimes I feel like I’m gonna explode and
when I’m approaching total overload
I know that when I’m having a panic attack
to duck and cover
cuz I can feel it coming
[Chorus]
This time I feel like I’m gonna die
cold sweat the fear is paralyzing
you know I wish that this was over and done
heart pounds I can feel it escalating
[Chorus]
I don’t know why
sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night
I don’t know why
I gasp for breath
I’m really feeling like I’m on the brink of death
[x2]
I wish I could get this crisis under control
then I could feel some kind of closure
I feel this could go on and on without end
I guess I’ll just have to ride it out cuz
[Chorus x2]
