is there any good medicines or treatment to stop Anxiety And Panic Attacks?

I suffered from Panic Attacks for 3 years and I was on the verge of giving up my Job. I tried Panic Away and to my surprises it worked. Different things work for different people, so i am not endorsing it. I would say our Docotr is the first person you should contact when Suffering from Panic Attacks.

    Panic and anxiety attacks can be hard to deal with sometimes. I know I’ve had them many many times. It helps to just step back from whatever your doing, and just breath. Also having a regular athletic pattern helps. Like going for walks a few times a week, or going swimming, or something in that matter, doesn’t have to be anything extreme.

    there are medications to relieve anxiety attacts but it is a lot better to manage it with natural approach or therapy like healthy defense mechanisms , one on one verbalization to a pschologist ,socializations , some therapeutic activities like engaging with sports ,healthy lifestyle then that is it you are in the right tract to manage panic attacts.
