i want get ridd of all this. Need some help

I suffered from Panic Attacks for 3 years and I was on the verge of giving up my Job. I tried Panic Away and to my surprises it worked. Different things work for different people, so i am not endorsing it. I would say our Docotr is the first person you should contact when Suffering from Panic Attacks.

    there are many causes of anxiety and panic attacks, the best way to stop them is to get to the bottom of the cause.

    i suggest you speak to your doctor about it.

    Firstly, With my experience of panic attacks and depression ,i would say that its only you who can get yourself out of this,for sure you be requiring some advice from professional doctor and family or friend for how to deal with this ,but to finish it all its a long and pain staking process and would require some work from you(i.e making an habit of being happy)…
    I am in my early twenties and its been 3 years since i was first diagnosed with panic attacks but i had this condition taking hold of me since my mid teens day but id dint realized it earlier,as it was getting unbearable and my heart seem to like pounding frequently, i went to the doctor and he told me about my condition and advice me some antidepressant and oxazepam for panic attacks,i start taking those medicines but didn’t felt the difference as i anticipated ,my further research revealed that these medicine actually doesn’t cures you but it gives you the time and space to make you feel normal and start leading a more confident ,realistic and enjoyable life,it you grab the opportunity while your panic attack is a asleep ,then slowly you would get into habit of being happy
    ..At the end of the day don’t feel yourself as alone ,try to be always happy and optimistic ,see the positive side of things and don’t take over burden on your self,enjoy a healthy life with sports ,recreation ,good eating habits …
    and remember there is also someone who cares for you and looks for you this will also make you powerful ,in my case i found this in the Creater,The AlMighty..
