    Wow, how much time have you got? CBT - excellent theory, mostly badly executed. Is it effective - yes 75% of the time, IF it were administered by folks who had a deaper understanding of the condition; if those folks had constant contact with their clients when THEY need them. IF the other 25% were made up of other supportive, reassuring and informative practices… it would be PERFECT. Charles
