The remake of my first cover of Breaking Benjamin’s Until the End. Some people keep asking me to do this so I did it. I made a mistake in the end of the solo, so I just muted it. This was pretty easy, but it took a while to put up because I couldn’t find the right song. I stayed up really late trying to make it work, and it finally did. I think it is definately better than the other one. Watch, comment, and rate.

Other studies, however, do bear out the protective power of higher doses. One well-controlled study showed that, when volunteers were deliberately infected with a cold-causing virus, those taking 500 milligrams of vitamin C four times a day (thats a total of 2,000 milligrams or 2 grams per day) had symptoms half as severe as those taking a dummy pill instead. Some nutritionists now recommend taking 750 milligrams daily during the cold season as a preventive measure, and raising that amount to 1 gram (1,000 milligrams) at the first sign of cold symptoms. If you get a cold, they advise taking 500 milligrams every two-and-a-half hours during the daytime and 1 gram of time-released vitamin C at bedtime.

At least for this form of virus, it has some similar characteristics a fast form of virus invasion, similar in its speed in infection as in bird flu virus, or perhaps it’s variant.
If you get the flu- LYSINE and aspirin or BHT
After long trials the single most important remedy is 1500 mg of Lysine taken every 3 hours. Even the first dose of 1500 mg of lysine there will be a marked drop of 90% of the symptoms within a couple of hours to a maximum of 6 hours. As for my own experience here in Bangkok I can see a marked reduction in about 2 hours.

This was predicted to happen, stock up on food and water & meds just in case you can’t go to the store for a month . People are holed up in their homes in Mexico and it is worse than you hear on TV. NO JOKE
Watch your kids closely. If they get a runny nose throw all of this stuff at them. Hopefully it won’t be bad here…..but prepare for the worst
