Here is part 4 of my radio interview with Westside FM (89.6 FM). I used to suffer with Social Anxiety and had done all of my life. Now that SA does not have a grip on my life as it once did, I feel empowered to help others with Social Anxiety and low self esteem and confidence issues through my non profit events http://www.leadinglight.org.uk.

I just want people to know that there is a way out of having social anxiety. I used to think there wasn’t a way out and I was supposed to be that way, but in 2005 I was at the end of my tether and did something about it by going to a self help group and never looked back since.
